Return Policy

If you request cancellation of an order we will attempt to stop the delivery before it ships.  If this is not possible for us, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges back to ADT Enterprises even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.

We offer a 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for exchange, credit, or refund.  You must contact us for return authorization.  All returns must be shipped prepaid and complete in the original shipping boxes.  Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please call us if you have requested return authorization by email, and have not heard from us within 1 business day.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of ADT Enterprises.  Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.  If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.   If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.  We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.  Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee noted above.
